This self-guided tour encompasses the towns of Bellows Falls, VT, Chesterfield, Spofford, Walpole and Westmoreland, NH. There will be a group of artists exhibiting together in the Westmoreland Town Hall, centrally located on Route 63 in Westmoreland.
