“The Vessel” was filmed in Great Falls in August of this year and was written, produced and directed by Yellow Wood Films, that debuted “Iron Ridge." “The Vessel” is about a crack team of paranormal investigators researching haunting’s that are taking place in a turn of-the-century abandoned jail. The team finds themselves following the unsolved case of a wrongly executed man. “The film is dark and intense.” Be prepared to scream as you watch and find out more about this summer’s paranormal act

Northeast Kingdom resident Beth Kanell will give a reading and hold a discussion on her new book, The Darkness Under Water. Set in Vermont in the 20's, the novel, for ages 12 and up, describes a situation where Molly is a victim to a government plot against French Canadians and Abenakis.
