Welcome to Autumn. As I celebrate the Autumnal Equinox today, I look forward to tomorrow's Farmers' Market knowing that the Fall crops are in and ready for me to enjoy. Pumpkins, butternut squash, kori squash, brussels sprouts--the delights of Autumn. Fall squashes are amazing storage crops, meaning they keep really well for a long time, so buying now when they are in season is a great way to reduce your overall grocery bill.
